SPECTRUM DESIGN SERVICES APPROVED BY RADISSON
TO COMPLETE THREE HOTEL RENOVATIONS

Spectrum Design Services, the Interior Design Division of mbi | k2m Architecture, Inc., has been qualified by Radisson Hotels International as an approved interior design firm and will be completing interior renovation for three Radisson hotels – the Radisson Hotel Cleveland-Gateway and the Radisson Cleveland Airport, both located in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Radisson Hotel Rochester, in Rochester, New York.

Spectrum Design was qualified by Radisson based on the firm’s professional qualifications which include, more than three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrated experience designing upscale hotels, and a strong portfolio of experience implementing a contemporary and timeless approach to design, as is represented in the new Radisson Brand standards.

Our design team leader Kelli Schaffran also met the qualifications required by Radisson, which include strong leadership skills and relevant experience.  Ms. Schaffran has been with Spectrum Design for more than 13 years and has led the Interiors Division for the past several years.  Her veteran management style has enabled an award-winning team of talented designers to meet all their clients’ needs.  What makes her and her team distinctive from others is her keen awareness of operations, the capital budgeting process, and her network of resources. Most recently much of her experience is focused on PIPs, lobby renovations, room upgrades, ADA compliance and brand standards upgrades.
