Ms. Loar-Tabone is a Senior Designer for Spectrum Design Services.  She has significant experience in hospitality, corporate and high-end residential design.  Having worked in the hospitality industry for several years, Ms. Loar is well versed in many of the hotel brand standards.  Additionally, Ms. Loar is knowledgeable about the IACC (International Association of Conference Centers) standards for conference center design. 

As a LEED Accredited Professional, Ms. Loar-Tabone is able to advise clients with LEED project decision making and implementation.  She is capable of selecting design materials, elements and components and working with other project team members to enable projects to achieve LEED certification.

Ms. Loar-Tabone was recently involved with a multi-million dollar interior renovation of the Cleveland Airport Marriott in Cleveland, Ohio.  During the course of the project our team worked with Marriott to create a prototype that will be recreated on their future property renovations.  She was also instrumental in the design of a new 38,000 SF residence in Ohio.  The award winning design of this exquisite home featured luxurious textiles, custom furnishings and materials, and unique design choices which touched every room in the home.

At Spectrum, the design library is a rich resource to the team.  Ms. Loar-Tabone is responsible for assuring the library contains the latest design products and resources for the team.  In addition, she is the supervisor of the intern program at Spectrum and manages the intern’s daily tasks and schedule.
