This 55 seat open air restaurant is part of The White Sand Villas project Spectrum completed at The Pink Shell Resort. It represented one of the biggest challenges of the project. Aside from being a narrow, rectangular shape and open to the outside elements, it needed to offer a full service menu and be family friendly, animated, and offer flexibility to dine two or twenty guests. A creative rum runner banquette, with durable textiles and faux rattan seating accomplishes this. Jo Jo’s restaurant is complimented at the pool deck by Bongo’s Lounge. This lounge adds a lively Tahitian element complete with dramatic banana thatch roof and custom bongo bar stools. This cabana style bar is a popular spot for guests of all ages.
