Description:
Built in 1970, and designed originally as a penthouse restaurant, this 19th story space with breathtaking 360 degree views of the city underwent a major transformation into a state-of-the-art meeting facility. The lobby and breakout area windows were left virtually ‘undressed’ and architectural elements, such as art glass and translucent decorative panel systems, were chosen for their light filtering characteristics. A color palette of earth tones, forest green and copper, along with a combination of organic patterns in materials, were used throughout the public and meeting rooms spaces.
Each meeting room was designed to give the meeting planner complete control over his/her environment, featuring electronic light-filtering and blackout shades that can be adjusted with a touch of a button, individual thermostat controls, dimmable light fixtures, and ergonomic chairs and training tables. Sliding marker boards, tackable wall surfaces, and presentation rails provide flexibility for presentations and brainstorming sessions. Sleek yet comfortable, high tech and functional, the Executive Meeting Center exceeds the expectations of today’s discerning meeting planner.
Project included 8,500 square feet, Technology Room, Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms, Breakout Areas and Public Areas.
